WTF is this? This JUST started happening. I've had the same printer for a
year, haven't made any changes, suddenly this weekend this started happening
on 2 POS Vista machines.

MICROSOFT WAKE UP. YOU ARE PUTTING OUT SUCH CRAP SOFTWARE STOP IT. WE
USERS ARE ALL SICK AND TIRED OF YOU DOING THIS TO US. TEST TEST TEST TEST
TEST TEST YOUR SOFTWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And just how do you know, or expect anyone else to know, this isn't a hardware fault, a fault in the printer driver supplied by the
printer manufacturer (HP is notorious for this with their all-in-one drivers) or user error ... If the problem has only just started
happening it's unlikely to be an OS (ie MS) issue.

Not to mention the fact that nobody here actually works for MSFT; we're all
just a bunch of willing volunteers, so shouting at us isn't going to get you
anywhere...
