Connecting to multiple IMAP accounts - Outlook 2003

Hi All,

I am trying to configure my Outlook 2003 to connect to multiple IMAP email
accounts. It works fine for first two accounts but when i configure a 3rd
account I am getting the following error.

Any idea why. Is this a known bug.

Task 'Checking for new mail in subscribed folders on Balaji - OjooBala.'
reported error (0x8004DF0B) : 'Outlook is unable to download folder (null)
from the IMAP e-mail server for account Balaji - OjooBala. Error: The
connection to the server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected
to complete this action. If you continue to receive this message, contact
your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

I can configure multiple IMAP accounts in Outlook Express or ThunderBird.
They all work perfectly fine. Its only with Outlook 2003 I am noticing this
problem.

I also found that I am not the only person with this issue. Check this link
http://support.jodohost.com/archive/index.php/t-1906.html they are also
having the same issue. I tried all the options mentioned in the above link
but no luck.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for quick reply.

Yes they are all in same server but for different domains.

I am not sure what are different settings i shd do in 'send/receive'.

I do hv different accounts in Outlook 2003 that correspond to each IMAP
mailbox.

Ctrl+Alt+S - make a new group for the one that fails and set it to sync on a
different schedule. Outlook limits the number of connections to a server and
it may be failing foe that reason, so putting in a different group should
help.
