Connected machine's IP

There was a question earlier about whether or not you could find the
connected machine's IP address.

I've started a simple merge replication application and have got it working,
however; the network uses DHCP and the internetURL property of the
replication object will not accept a NetBios name. That is, it cannot find

http://connectedmachine/sqlce/sscesa20.dll
but it can use
http://192.168.0.x/sqlce/sscesa20.dll

Obviously 192.168.0.x is the connected machine. Can anyone suggest how this
can be resolved?

Thanks

Thanks. So is the "real" solution, to put the sscesa20.dll on an actual
fixed IP IIS server?

I had hoped that I would be able to keep my data local to my machine, and
merged with my iPaq.

Thanks again.

No. That was it. Thanks so much. Earlier in the thread they mentioned
that you use PPP_PEER and that seems to do it.
