Connect to office network

I have a computer running Windows XP Pro at home and would like to access
the network at work. The computer network has broadband internet
connection, Checkpoint firewall and Windows NT4 servers. Can someone
suggest a secure way to connect to the company network and go to internet
from there. I need to use my broadband internet connection to connect to
the company network.

Most companies have strict policies and limitations regarding remote
connections to their network.
Your best bet is to contact the company IT people who should be able to
supply instructions and any necessary software to accomplish this.

Ask the IT people about VPN's - a secure connection.

firewall for you to access your office computer. You can try it for
free until 2005.
