Connect button disabled on Remote Desktop Web Connection

Hello,

On the RDWC page the connect button is able whenever I try to connect
to my host PC. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I should
trouble shoot this. Thanks!
 
I'm having the same problem - the "connect" button is disabled when
attempting to connect from one remote PC but not all remote PCs.

Appears to depend on the remote PC. Maybe activation of the Active X control?

Any assistance with regard to how to fix this will be greatly appreciated.
