Connect 3.5 IDE drive to 2.5 IDE drive USB enclosure

Hi Group.

I have a 3.5 " IDE drive I would like to read some data off. On my
laptop I have a 2.5 " IDE external USB drive enclosure.

Is it possible to get a connection that will allow the connection of
the female 2.5 " connector to mal 3.5 connector on the drive? How is
power provided for this? Via the USB?
