Confirmation of message being read

Hi,

Is there some way I can get confirmation the the person I sent a message to
has actually received it and opened it? I can't seem to find this in the
menus.

Tools> Options> E-mail Options> Tracking Options

Only works if the recipient actually decides to reply to the read
request. They may configure their e-mail client to discard such
requests or to prompt when they receive them (and then choose to not
send a reply). You can request. You cannot demand.
