Configuring XP Home On a network

Does anyone know how to install a pc to network i'm
running server 2000 and XP home i have already given the
pc a name and account on server its communicating with
server but more unauthorized if you will i want it to have
to logon to the server showing username Pasword and domain
theres a step i missed

XP Home Edition can't join a domain or log into a domain. It can
connect to a domain and access domain resources. For details, please
