CONFIGURING WORKS DOCUMENTS TO WORD

I HAD A SOME DOCUMENTATION SAVED ONTO A WORKS FILE 3.
SOMETHING ON ANOTHER COPUTER. I SAVED IT ON MY NEW PC
AND TRIED TO OPEN IT, ALL I AM GETTING IS SQUARES AND
DASHES WHEN I OPEN IT. WHAT WILL I DO TO TRY TO RECOVER
THE INFORMATION?

No need to SHOUT!
In order to open a Works document (and that means a Works wordprocessor
document) in Word, you need the correct import filter. Depending on your
Word version, it probably hasn't been installed by default. Re-run Word
setup from Windows > control panel > add & remove programs and add the
filter.
