Configuring Outlook for Exchange Server

We are creating an admin install point for rollout to our client computers at work, via transforms. We wanted to be able to set up the clients so that if say MS Exchange Server wasnt available, that we could set up the install to point to another exchange server (ie: MS Exchange Server 2)

I noticed that using the Custom Install Wizard that you can set up the users profile's to point to one server, but is there another way to put in another one somewhere, maybe via modifying the .mst file to add another server.

Any ideas?

That would defiantly have to be custom programmed.
But if you put Outlook Profiler in the login prompt,
you could easily roll changes...
