Configuring Microsoft Enterprise 2007--takes Word so long to load

Everytime I try to open Microsoft Word I get a message that says configuring
microsoft enterprise 2007. It takes a few minutes to load each time I open
Word. Is there something I can do to stop this from happening?
 
You could try to re-install or talk to your IS dep. I am almost sure
that the it's not supported by MS
