Configuring a windows 2000 server

Question to all, how can I configure my server that is running Window
2000 Server to process web forms in front page.
I want to create a form where the data is sent to an e-mail address
For example, if I create a form for requesting feedback from a website
how do I get the results?
Can the results be in a form or does it come back in HTML format? Is
script involved? Please help! need help in trying to figure out
