Configure outlook w/ existing email

I just installed Office 2003, and need my existing e-mail
account to be accessed through Outlook, instead of having
to go through my ISP's site. Any help will be appreciated.

Do you mean you have been accessing email via the web?

mailbox. I want the mailbox to go to Outlook.
