Configure Outlook 2007 & 2003 to work with DSL from Quest

I have typed in the URL that Qwest has provided for the server and I get a
"cannot find server and syncronization error with my email addresses with
Quest and Hotmail. Quest will not support Outlook
 
From looking at google it would appear the Quest service is tied into
Hotmail/MSN, there were a number of posts suggesting you had to contact
Quest Tech in order for the users account be ammended to except pop/smtp
