Confidence of Regressions

Suppose I have a set of points, such that I can do a regression and
find a linear trendline for X versus Y. How can I determine the X
needed to obtain a specific Y value with a certain degree of
confidence?

ex. I want to find the X needed to get a Y of 10 with a confidence
of 75%
