Conditonal lay-out

I am using Excel 2007 and want to create a conditional lay out (sorry, I have
the Dutch version an d don't know how this is called in English) for three
initials, like mvd, sh and gl.
With the different initials the cel should color blue for mvd, green for sh,
orange for gl and red if its empty.
Except in the Startribbon - Style you can only enter 1 item in Conditional
lay out.
The option More rules for celmark there is also just one rule you can set.
Can somebody help?

Thnx

I am using Excel 2002 and I can set Conditional Formatting
(Format/Conditional Formating) with 3 options. If "mvd" then "blue", if "sh"
then "green", if "gl" then "Orange", I preset the color to red i.e. blank.

If this doesn't help please post back.
