Conditionally Unprotect Worksheet?

Dear Experts:

Is it possible to unprotect a sheet by selecting specific cells or by
performing specific function?

Like lets say, a sheet will unprotect if the user select cell A1, B3, D4 &
F4
OR
a sheet will unprotect if a user Copy range A1:B19
OR
some code run before BeforePaste event
