I've done the following in Access, but due to it's limited text formatting
I'd like to do it in Word. I think it's best asked by an example.
I have a document consisting of 100 paragraphs. I want to be able to print
two different versions (the "long" and the "short" version) The "Long"
version consists of all 100 paragraphs, the "Short" version consisting of
(only) 31 specially selected paragraphs. And so I want to tag those 31
paragraphs (or the 69 ineligable ones) so that (by some setting or selection)
I can print either the 100 paragraph version or the 31 paragraph version.
Thanks
Fred
