Hi,

This can't be done in 2003 or earlier without VBA. In 2007, if the range
you want to format is A1:A100 and you are entering 1 in cell B1 then:

1. Select the cells A1:A100 and choose Home, Conditional Formatting, Manage
Rules, New Rule
2. Choose Use a formula to determine which cell to format
3. In the Format values where this formula is true enter the following
formula:
=$B$1=1
5. Click the Format button and choose the Number tab, Currency, and pick USD
from the Symbol list
6. Click OK twice
7. Repeat for each currency conditon you want to use.

If this helps, please click the Yes button.

Cheers,

Shane, it gives me this
for 1.000 = USD 1.000.
0.893 = CAD 0.893
is it possible to just get USD without adding the currency value as USD
1.000 and just CAD without CAD 0.893.

Again I just want where 1.000 format to USD and where 0.893 I should see CAD

Your help totally appreciated. Thanks
