hi,
i have a range of A1:F1 so what i want now if any active cell in B1:F1 A1
want to be shadad !
Thanks in advance.

Not too clear what you want.

Clicking in a cell to make it active will not format A1 unless you used event
code.

Is there something missing from your post?

First thanks for your attention, second yes just clicking in any cell in
range B1:F1 then want to be shaded cell A1, actuall my range is very logn
which is A:AD and we have our Stock# in cell D, so whenever we clicking in
cell like AB or else which is really very away from cell_D we can't make sure
is that same Row or not, even I am using Freeze Pane, that's why I am looking
some formula or Code which could highlight cell_D, which would be very
helpful for us.

I would download Chip Pearson's RowLiner add-in.

Highlights the row and column of the active cell.

An alternative might be to use Freeze Panes to keep a few columns on the left
from moving.

Select E1 and Window>Freeze Panes. Columns A:D will always be in view no matter
how far right you scroll.
