Conditional Formatting

Select cell K3 through K200
From the Format Menu, select "Conditional Formatting..."
Change "Cell Value Is" to "Formula Is"
Enter the formula: =OR($K$1="Sat",$K$1="Sun")
Select your format
Click OK
