It cannot be done in a table. Conditional formatting works in forms and
reports. On my website (www.rogersaccesslibrary.com), is a small Access
database sample called "ConditionalFormatting.mdb" which illustrates how to
do this.
You can use Conditional Formatting for this in a report. The trick is
to put a textbox that fills the entire report section, and apply the CF
to this textbox. If you need more explicit help with this, please post
