Two rows of numbers and "N/A".

If the top number is greater than the bottom number I need both rows
highlight yellow. This works great with the conditional formatting until I
run into the "N/A"

Any suggestions?

Thank you

If possible could you post your formula for the conditional formatting
Did you try the "ISNA" or "ISERROR" to get rid out of the #N/A

Thank you for your response.

I need the "N/A" in the cells. As for conditional formattingm, I am using
the conditional formatting with a formula. One would be helpful though.
