Conditional Formatting x Draw (Circle)

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to use the conditional formatting on
a circle instead of using it on a cell ?
 
No and Yes..............No in it's normal context of Format >
ConditionalFormat..........but Yes by using VBA code, the details being
specific to the application.........
