Conditional formatting not working?

On each record of my form the textboxes all have the same code for
conditional formatting it is:
Nz([ProductMnemonic],"")="" (then I chose a color)
This actually has been working, however now my user is seeing a grayed
background when data is in the text box & it s/b white. When there isn't any
data in the text box it is the correct color. So, I'm not sure it's actually
the conditional formatting.
I hope this is enough info to help me, if not let me know.
Thank you

Mary,

Look again at the Conditional Formatting for the textbox. As well as
the definition for your null condition, there is the definition for
"This format will be used if no conditions are met". Check that this is
what you want, and also that the 'Enabled' hasn't accidentally been set.

The Conditional Formatting seems to be in order & working as I like.
I forgot to say in my original note that this gray is only on the user's
system when looking at the database, not mine. Is this an issue with the
user's system?
Thank you

Mary,

Hmmm, not sure what could be happening here. Do you mean on the user's
system that it is only the textboxes that have Conditional Formatting
applied where you see this behaviour? Or are all the textboxes grey,
regardless of whther thay have CF set up?

I spoke with the user yesterday, & it must be her system, because all the
boxes have the same CF & only a few are graying. No one else who has access
to this database form has this been happening to, so we can deduct if must be
her system. Which is still strange to explain to our IT dept.
Thank you so much for all your help, I think we have decieded to let IT see
what they think.
Have a great week.
