Conditional Formatting if cell is Blank

So, it's been a while since I've done conditional formatting, and I'm trying
to format an entire column where the cell turns green if it's blank. I know
it's easy, but I can't seem to find it in 2007.

--From HomeTab>Styles>Conditional Formatting>Highlight cell Rules>Equalto

--In the 'Format cells that are equal to:' enter the below

=""

--Select the color and press OK
