Hello

I am publishing an Access db report in Excel and
distributing it to several people for comments. I would
like to do something so that any cells they alter will
change colour for easy identification.

Not sure if this is conditional formatting or a function
or VB language.

Can anyone help?

Thanks
Graeme

You can use the Tools>Track Changes feature to mark the cells that have
been changed. However, this also shares the workbook, which creates some
limits on how the workbook can be changed. Check Excel's help for
'Features that are unavailable in shared workbooks'

Hi Graeme!

Take a look at:

Tools > Track Changes.

Seems to do what you want.
