Conditional Formatting - Dates

Hi
What is the best method to have dates in a worksheet, automatically
highlighted when they meet the criteria of 180 days from the given date.
(Something similar to a reminder in Outlook). Can this be updated as soon as
you open Excel?

Ali Cat,

If your date is in A2, select A2, do conditional formating, change to
"Formula Is", and enter this formula:

=(TODAY()-A2)>=180

Then click the "Format..." button to set the highlighting color. Click OK
twice.
