Conditional Formatting based on deadlines

Excellent! Thanks! My brain gets confused between what you can use i
formulas and what can be used in VBA.
 
NOW() has a date and time component
TODAY() has only a date component
 
Ok, incorporating Dave McRitchie's Today() in place of Now()

=AND(+$H7<=TODAY()+7,+H7>0
