Conditional formatting 3 limit prob

Hi,

I have a list of magazine sizes that i want to format. Green, Bold.
140
144
148
152
156
160
164

ALL other sizes I want formatted a different colour. Red, Bold.

I can't enter them all in coz i can only do 3. I understand this can be sorted in Visual Basic but I am clueless of this.

Can anyone help?
