Is is possible not to have to enter the "formula in B4" reason why, i
forgot to mention in B4 there is another formula and to enter the formula you
gave me it would conflict =B2>A2
I was hoping there was a way to just have only the Highlihted color show up
in B4 not affecting any text already in B4.. IS there a way i can enter the
formula you gave me in Another cell. IF NOT.. your answer you already gave
me is helping a whole lot and i will use it, but i will have to make more
changes to my chart.

It won't affect the text in the cell, because Gord was *not* telling you to
put the formula in the cell; he was telling you to use it in the "Formula
Is" option under Format/ Conditional Formatting.
