Conditional formating

Hi. How do I insert a new row at row 5 and keep the conditional formatting
that exists from row 5 to various rows (up to row 38 but growing by one each
week) in a number of columns?

In my example only column B has conditional formatting.

A B C
5 Aug-29 5000 1200
6 Aug-22 4000 1100

Yes, but row 5 is the first row with conditional formatting. Inserting a
new row [above] that row naturally it does not include any conditional
formatting. I need that.
