Conditional Formating-Clip art as resultant

I would like to format a cell and get a clip art or a
picture as a result it a condition is met. I have been
able to change cell colour but can't seem to find the
right way to get a clip art....Thanks to anyone out there
for your help.

this is not possible with the 'Fomat - Conditional Format'
functionality. This would require VBA (using an event procedure)
