Conditional Format Lost after Row Insert

Hi,

I've got conditional formatting with three conditions. If I inser
columns, all is fine. If I insert rows above the conditiona
formatting and any related cells, the formatting is lost. Any body go
any solutions?

I just did a simple test with simple formatting and row insert is not
problem. The conditional formating that gets deleted is constructe
with INDIRECT function
