Conditional Fill List Box

Hi

Word 2003. Forms.

I have 2 List Boxes. The first has two options to chose from.

If one option is picked, then I want a certain set of options to appear in
second ListBox.

If the second option is picked, then i want a slightly different set of
options to appear in the second ListBox

If no option is selected, say left blank, then I want the second list box to
state Please select an option from the first Listbox.

How do i do this??
