Condense/Collapse

Many of you may be familiar with Netmanage Ecco Pro, and
what it can do, for instance in the "Notes",
or "Journals", it can condense or collapse each item
enabling you to put mass amounts of information on one
page.

My question is, how can I achieve this same thing with my
Outlook 2002 program?

You can use View-> Current View-> Group By when you have a view in a list
format.
