cond. formatting - border thickness

I can't see an obvious way to increase the thickness of borders when applied
by cf.
Can this be done or are we stuck with what's given?

Unfortunately, I dont see any way to increase the line thickness on
conditional formatting either.
 
You are stuck with the thin border options when applying by CF
