concatinating records

windows 95/98/2000
I would like to concatenate all the records in the view on
a form to one text box(for emailing). I am sure it
involves some sort of looping to get next record.

ex
record1,&" "&field1&" "&field2&" "&field3 - linefeed
record2,&" "&field1&" "&field2&" "&field3 - linefeed
record3,&" "&field1&" "&field2&" "&field3

Hi Eric,

What you really need is a list aggregate function which you can include in
your recordsource query - unfortunately there is not one in Jet SQL so you
have to build your own - here is an article that will help you - actually
you may be able to use with little or no modification:
