Concatenating two conditions in a "IF" Formula.

Can anyone advice me how to concatenate two conditions in a "IF" formula?

do you mean something like
=IF(AND(A1=1,B1=2),"Match","no match")
 
Maybe.....

=IF(AND(A1=1,B1=2),CONCATENATE(A1,B1),"")
