Concatenated parameters

I am relatively new to this and am using Access 2003. I've created a
function, ConcatList(stWhichForm, stWhichCntl), that concatenates listbox
selections for use as parameters for a series of reports. On the selection
form, frmRoomParameters, I have created a hidden text box for each listbox,
with the value of the text box reset as the listbox loses focus. So far so
good--probably. The report series has 5 possible parameters: tBldgs, tFloors,
tRooms, tBuyers, tCostCenters. But I can't get the query to return any
records unless all of the parameters are provided. Suggestions?
