computer tries to access internet

Recently, ZoneAlarm has given me a new alert message:

"The firewall has blocked Internet access to 12.152.149.51 (ICMP Time
Exceeded) from your computer.

Occurred: 52 times between..."

It's happened three times so far, and it tries to access over 50 times
in a 15 minute period.

That IP is www.ifuckinghatepeople.com, which I've been unable to
access, including the Google cache.

I cannot find what application is trying to access, and ZA wont tell
me where it's coming from. I've done a search of files on my computer
for the URL and the IP and come up with nothing.

I run Adaware and Spybot regularly, along with keeping ZA at the
highest security level. This problem has cropped up just in the last
couple of days.

Anyone have any ideas?
