Computer Shutdown

When I go to shutdown my computer I click turn off & immediatley it turns
back on. Do you know what the problem could be?? Thanks for your help in

Sounds like you may have a slightly bad installation there...

Do you know what we could do about it? Thank you once again!

We click on shutdown & the computer shuts down & instead of the computer
staying shutoff it starts back up & we want it to stay shutoff. Thank you
