Computer running very slow

My computer is running very slow for some reason it still
has 75% memory left its just the d drive only has 15%
left how do I fix this problem of my computer running
slow?

There is a number of reasons a computer will slow down. One problem maybe a virus, spyware or adware. Run an up to date antivirus program and spyware adware programs. Another way to slow one down is to have a large number of running programs at the same time. Run disk clean up get rid of unwanted unneeded temp. files, like I said it is a number of ways this can be happening. Good luck let us know.
