computer restarts when I put in a cd rom

When I put in a cd rom ( example fifa soccer) the computer
restarts. This does not happen all the time. Any
suggestions?
 
The first thing i'd be trying is a new Power Supply. Seems
to be the first thing to check when computers are
unexplainably restarting
