Computer restarts when I am away?

I am away from keyboard 4 hours and then I hear it shut down ( this is the
1st time) ans when I come to screen, it is restarting. Why is this happening?
 
Do you have automatic updates turned on? An update I got yesterday that
required a restart, which it did by itself overnight.
