computer restarts after login

Please help!!! I recently reinstalled win xp pro on my
computer (reformatted and all) and whenever i get to my
login screen, i click on my username, it says that it's
loading my personal settings) and the computer restarts -
IT HAPPENS EVERY TIME!!! I can't get into my BIOS
either. Any suggestions??

When you say you can't get into BIOS, what happens? Perhaps your
keyboard isn't working when you type "DEL" or "F1" or whatever you need
to get into BIOS? Or do you mean you can't get into Safe Mode (F8 when
starting)? Post back with more details.
