Computer resarts constantly

Guest

I have all power saving features disabled, screen saver,
hibernation etc; however, about after 10 minutes of non-
use, about when you might expect one of the power saving
features to kick in, my computer will shut down and
reboot.
Power saving features are also disabled in Bios.
Computer will continue the cycle of reboot, awake for 10
minutes, shutdown, reboot, for as long as it's left on.
Any help?

Disable everything that reads 'Wake up' in the BIOS settings. Also, I have
seen this behavior if you have a CD/DVD in the drive during a shutdown.

Right click My Network Places/Properties/Advanced (top toolbar)/Dial-Up

on.

In the Enable Auto-Dial By Location dialog box, select each location for
which you want the automatic dialing feature to operate. Reboot.
