computer reboots

I have a problem with my system rebooting at 11:30 every night. I have a
camera sytem on this computer and dont need this to happen. I have checked
all power settings and they are set to "never". I even have set task
scheaduler to start at 10 pm to try and stop this, but it still does.Any
suggestions.I am pretty computer literate, but this one has me stumped.

have you looked at the event log to see if anything shows as a problem at
that time?

Did you check you BIOS setting? you also can use AT command to check the
scheduler.
