Not sure if this is an XP-specific issue, but I recently got rid of some
malware and was told it was a good idea to flush my system restore, so I did
so using the following steps:
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
Restart the computer.
Now my computer keeps rebooting over and over. It goes to the black screen
asking me to choose normal or safe mode and no matter what I choose, it just
reboots back to that screen. I'm desperate! Any advice? Thanks.
