I would suggest that you right-click on My Computer, and choose Properties,
then Advanced. Under Startup and Recovery, choose Settings. Now, remove
the checkmark from "Automatically restart" in the System failure section.
Choose OK back to the desktop.
Now, when whatever is crashing crashes again, you may be able to see some
sort of error message that will allow you to identify the source of the
crash.
